Employee satisfaction takes part in a powerful key position in stimulating the employees to dispatch their maximum towards organizational development.

As employee satisfaction is a crucial point of any trade, employment, or organization, pondering on it is a very important aspect of any Human Resources Personnel in the industry. Because the workforce is unhappy and worried about the working environment, they automatically drop-out their inspiration and fallen into a failed category. Due to underperformances, they will not get any benefits such as annual increments, special allowances, incentives, bonuses, compensation, etc.

Therefore, to overcome such situations in an organization, the responsibility of the top management are to build-up a pleasing environment while appointing skillful employees for correct positions at the correct time. When the employees are happy and contented with the employer and conditions of the employment, they place their maximum contribution towards the establishment and success of the organization. And also, when they are satisfied after fulfilling their initial requirements, they evolve with an optimistic view of the organizational goals. 

With the intention of elevating the organizational goals, to innovate a better, fruitful & rich surrounding within the organization, to minimize the employee turnover, to form a sturdy, powerful and secured organization, the immense responsibility of the management is to run continuously to increase & improve employee satisfaction as much as possible. Except for promising huge benefits which are impossible to donate, genuine and simple attempts are sufficient enough to gratify employees. 

 

Ø  Ø Arrange a positive work environment

The work environment takes part in a high-spirited position to keep up the motivation of employees. As it signified the positive thoughts of the employees towards the organization, it will lead to a solid expansion of the business. A positive work environment consists of organizational structure, organizational culture, comprehensive experience, and knowledge which split with sub-ordinates, etc. A positive work environment can be constructed through enhancing confidence, fortify fine relationships among employees, extended communication and attention, and encouraging one and the same chances for all.

Avoid preferences and partiality when assigning work is the ethical way when managing an organization. Favourable or bias for a selected group of employees is not an ethical way in the professional world. No encumbrances will prefer a group of employees and the total job has to be distributed equally among all the workers. The workers who involve in work will lose interest and will be looking forward to a better opportunity. Therefore, the equal concern is a very important factor, when treating the employees.

Therefore, for the satisfaction of employees at work, they call for conduct that drives them to the destination.

By encouraging employees to solve problems with the discussions and not by arguing, they will unite for the goodwill of the organization. The employer’s duty will not be ended by building up a work culture for employee well-being, but they should emphasize to combine it with monitoring programs, enable to stimulate an optimistic philosophy.

The build-up employee morality, capacity and generally to enhance the employee job satisfaction, rewards and recognitions are vital aspects. To keep employees motivated throughout their employment life, time to time offerings of valuable benefits and welfare opportunities is an effective stimulation.

By assigning fresh projects, latest ventures and new positions, the employees will get the opportunity to grab a vast knowledge and to improve the skills, motivate employees to do their job with minimum supervision while minimizing the interference and controlling them unnecessarily.

Therefore, the leaders must take the challenge of offering feedback whenever it is necessary.

Because the beneficial effects of feedback make a giant pillar in an organization. It will be able to build trust, honesty, motivation, satisfaction as well as to reduce employee turnover. To present quality feedbacks, it should be given instantly, and it should be positive and useful, it should be authentic and real, and it should be optimistic.

Balancing professional and personal lives is somewhat dispute and troublesome in many situations. Work-life balancing is a much-complicated issue for employees because they keep themselves tenanted for the job with so many disparate aspects of their private and career lives.

The employee requirement for skill development can be evaluated annually and the top management could approach to implement such programs attentively. After developing the skills of employees, their job satisfaction will automatically improve and uplifted. When the subordinates understood that their chief is having an ultimate deliberation on them, the likelihood to stay at the organization will increase. When the satisfaction of employees improves in such ways, automatically they thrilled to complete the given tasks without complaints.

Employers are able to distinguish the organizational strategies targeting employee satisfaction which followed by a set of proposals for the improvement of the satisfaction level of employees. Also, employers are able to form the work environment as an optimistic, pleasing & encouraging place. So, the majority of the workforce will enhance their morale and be confident to work towards organizational goals.

Employees who are satisfied become,

To improve employee satisfaction and engagement, the management of any organization must be apprehensive of these executions. Because contented employees are always graceful to contribute their maximum, beginning from the bottom and to elevate up to the top.

  1. Employee Job Satisfaction is a key factor for the success of an organisation. Job Satisfaction by an employee is also influenced by an individual's attitude and the social background inherited from family or predecessors. I'm not trying to discriminate but it is a fact that is arguable, in reality. We have seen that there are disengaged employees found in any organisation. Some are self motivated and engaged, some are motivated by various activities mobilized by the organisation, but still there is exceptions found in any organisation may be due to human nature.

  4. when we discussed that " work life balance " as the component of the employee satisfaction to the organization & same has to be negatively reflected to the organization to achieving objective's. Do you have any positive debate in this regards.
