Women?

commendable and strong theme. Since the male employees are trying to dominate
in the workplace and women employees voluntarily underestimate their
positions, this could be a habit in all the circumstances. According to
contemporary statistics, male employees and female employees have rather non-identical
prime concerns.

Since the male employees are trying to dominate in the workplace and women employees voluntarily underestimate their positions, this could be a habit in all the circumstances. According to the results,
Both men and women merit the one and the same facet of duty, but categorized them separately.
The duties of men assess differently than women, by offering more benefits, power, supremacy, and control and specifically, position and reputation while the women take for granted evaluating relationships and corporation among colleagues and friends, appreciation and perception, connection, and reporting, association, and corporation, teamwork, unity and equity and especially their personal and family matters, etc. In addition to that, the study revealed that men are trying to misjudge the capability of women. Generally, they are ignoring the capacity of work that can be advantageous for the organization. While the men are underestimating the women in the workplace, comparatively, women are overestimating accordingly the merit of remuneration, benefits, potentiality, capability, and standards.

ReplyDeleteIt's not fair and ethical. But, in some organizations, most of the managers tend to be uplift the power and authority of male employees, as they think that the male staff is having more capability than female staff to do so. And also, some companies refuse even to recruit qualified & experienced female employees for the top management positions.

DeleteWomen on average, report greater job satisfaction than men. Clark suggests that this may be explained by women having lower career expectations as a result of gender pay differentials, discrimination and reduced promotion prospects.
